Clarity Sprint for international leaders 📖 The Executive Translation Influence Method

You lead in English every day.
Let's make sure you're heard at the level you work.

In two weeks, you'll have the story, the sentences, and the interview answers that present you as the leader you already are. Written down, and practiced out loud.

I was responsible for the migration project and we finished it successfully. I led the migration and chose to phase it. No customer saw downtime.
I think maybe we should possibly look at the risks again before launch? My recommendation: hold the launch one week. Two risks, one fix.
Sorry, my English is not perfect, but I will try to explain. Let me give you the short answer first.

The pattern

Does this sound familiar?

"I know the answer. In English, it comes out smaller."

"In my own language I sound like a leader. In English I sound like an engineer."

"The interview went well technically. Then they hired someone else."

"In meetings with US leadership, the moment passes before I've found the words."

You don't have a language gap. You have a translation gap.

Fluency gets you understood. Executive English gets you chosen: the decision first, the structure senior leaders expect, and stories that show judgment instead of effort. This isn't grammar or accent work. It's how leaders at global companies hear the difference between "a strong engineer" and "our next VP."

What happens

Two weeks, start to finish

  1. Day 0

You book and send your materials

A short intake form, plus your résumé, LinkedIn, most recent performance review, the role you're aiming for, and any interview or presentation coming up.

  2. Days 1–4

    I read everything

I look for the decisions, scope, and impact hiding in your work: the parts experts leave out.

  3. Day 5

    90-minute Translation Session

One deep 1:1 conversation. We find your next-level story and practice it out loud, including the interview questions you dread most.

  4. Day 8

    Your Translation Brief arrives

A written document you keep and use in interviews, reviews, and executive meetings.

  5. Days 12–14

    30-minute follow-up

We pressure-test the plan before you use it, and answer anything that came up.

The deliverable

What's in your Translation Brief

  1. Your one-sentence positioningHow you introduce yourself in English, and what you want decision-makers to repeat about you.
  2. The gap mapWhat the next level requires, how you're read today, and the distance between them.
  3. Three proof storiesYour strongest work, rewritten as interview-ready answers that show what you owned and decided.
  4. Rewrites and answer formulasTen line rewrites for your résumé or LinkedIn, plus the structures for interview answers and executive updates.
  5. Your pathPromotion where you are, a new company, or a new country, and the reasoning behind the call.
  6. Your 30-day planThe first five moves, in order, with what "done" looks like for each.

Is this you?

A good fit

  • ✓ CTOs, CFOs, VPs, directors, and senior engineers who work in English as a second or third language
  • ✓ Leaders preparing executive pitches, boardroom presentations, or negotiations in English
  • ✓ Leaders at global or US companies, or preparing to interview with one
  • ✓ People aiming for a promotion, a bigger role, or a move to a new company or country

Not the right fit

  • ✕ Anyone looking for grammar or accent lessons
  • ✕ Anyone who only wants a résumé formatted
  • ✕ Anyone looking for a guaranteed title or salary. Nobody can honestly promise that.

Why me

I was a journalist before I was a coach

My job was finding the story that matters and making people care about it. I've been translating technical experts ever since: first as an editor turning R&D language into plain English, now as a coach for professionals, including CTOs and CFOs, many of them working internationally. I don't teach grammar. I teach the structures senior leaders use, and help you find the story only you can tell.

1,100+ hours of 1:1 coaching
50+ successful client outcomes
25+ five-star reviews

"…responsible for working closely with our Research and Development team and translating very technical terms into readable manuals, marketing collateral, and web copy."

Former manager at WordSmart · LinkedIn recommendation, 2009

"We had our first session just a week before I began a series of job interviews. She polished my professional communication and even empowered me to negotiate (and secure!) a higher salary. Everything we discussed came up in my interview the very next day!"

After the Sprint

What happens next is up to you

You can run the 30-day plan on your own. If you want hands-on help through a promotion cycle or a search, you can continue into Executive Positioning, the full private program: four 1:1 sessions, your leadership narrative, LinkedIn overhaul, networking strategy, and interview and negotiation preparation. It's $6,000, and your $1,000 Sprint fee counts toward it. We'll talk about it at the follow-up only if it fits.

Questions

Questions people ask before they book.

No. Your English is already good enough to do your job. If you've been looking for business English coaching for executive pitching, boardroom communication, or negotiation, this is the level above it: structure, positioning, and the stories that show leadership. We work in English because that's where the decisions about you are made.

Only if you tell them. Everything we discuss is confidential, and I'll only contact you at your personal email.

That's fine. The Sprint works either way. Deciding which path fits you is part of the work, and the Brief ends with a recommendation and the reasons for it.

Your résumé, your LinkedIn URL, your most recent performance review if you have one, and a description of the role you want next. About 20 minutes of intake questions.

Yes. Translation Sessions are usually scheduled within 7 days of booking. Put your interview date in the intake form and we'll prioritize the stories and answers you'll need for it.

Full refund any time before your Translation Session.

You already lead. Let's make sure it sounds that way in English.
