Clarity Sprint 📖 The Executive Translation Influence Method
You're doing next-level work.
Let's make sure the people who decide can see it.
In two weeks, you'll know how you're being read, the one story that positions you for the next level, and your next 30 days. All of it in writing.
Clients include professionals from
The pattern
Does this sound familiar?
"I'm the one they call when it breaks."
"My manager says I'm ready next cycle. That's what they said last cycle."
"Someone less technical just got the promotion."
"I know I need to network more, but I don't know what to say."
You don't have a performance gap. You have a translation gap.
Promotions and offers are decided in rooms you're not in, by people repeating a sentence or two about you. If that sentence is "great technically," you stay where you are. The work is already next-level. The language around it isn't.

Why me
I was a journalist before I was a coach
My job was finding the story that matters and making people care about it. I've been translating technical experts ever since: first as an editor turning R&D language into plain English, now as a coach turning deep expertise into next-level authority.
"…responsible for working closely with our Research and Development team and translating very technical terms into readable manuals, marketing collateral, and web copy."
"We had our first session just a week before I began a series of job interviews. She polished my professional communication and even empowered me to negotiate (and secure!) a higher salary. Everything we discussed came up in my interview the very next day!"

After the Sprint
What happens next is up to you
You can run the 30-day plan on your own. If you want hands-on help through a promotion cycle or a search, you can continue into Executive Positioning, the full private program: four 1:1 sessions, your leadership narrative, LinkedIn overhaul, networking strategy, and interview and negotiation preparation. It's $6,000, and your $1,000 Sprint fee counts toward it. We'll talk about it at the follow-up only if it fits.
Questions
Questions people ask before they book.
No. It's finding and wording the story every document and conversation should tell. Ten line rewrites are included, so you'll leave with language you can use right away.
Only if you tell them. Everything we discuss is confidential, and I'll only contact you at your personal email.
That's fine. The Sprint works either way. Deciding which path fits you is part of the work, and the Brief ends with a recommendation and the reasons for it.
Your résumé, your LinkedIn URL, your most recent performance review if you have one, and a description of the role you want next. About 20 minutes of intake questions.
Translation Sessions are usually scheduled within 7 days of booking.
Full refund any time before your Translation Session.
